Getting ready for iOS and Android.
What is TikTac?
TikTac is a speaking clock app that announces the current time at a chosen interval and provides spoken countdown updates. It is being developed for iOS and Android and is preparing for store launch.
Use it while studying or reading without repeatedly checking a screen, taking a short break, or getting ready to leave. It includes 25-minute focus, 5-minute rest and 10-minute ready presets, plus portrait and landscape full-screen mode.
The free version announces while the app is open on screen. During a timer session, remaining-time guidance replaces current-time announcements. This website’s 10-second experience is a shortened demo, not an emergency or safety alert service.

A few things to know.
Can the clock and timer speak at the same time?
During a timer session, only remaining-time guidance plays. End the timer and tap the time-announcement button to resume the speaking clock.
Is TikTac free?
Core features are planned to be free with ads. PRO benefits, including ad removal, and prices will be available in the app at launch.
Does it work with the screen locked?
Keep the app open on screen when using the free version. Check the app at launch for supported background guidance.
How is TikTac different from an alarm app?
TikTac focuses on periodically hearing the current time and following the time remaining in a selected timer. It does not provide calendar scheduling or date-based reminders.
When does the countdown speak?
The app announces the start, the 10-minute, 5-minute and 1-minute remaining milestones, and completion. Only milestones applicable to the selected preset duration are used.
Can I use it as a landscape desk clock?
Full-screen mode adapts to portrait and landscape orientation, with large current-time or countdown digits and an optional keep-screen-awake control.
Can I download TikTac now?
TikTac is preparing for iOS and Android store launch. Official download links will appear here when available. The 10-second web experience is not the installable app.
