1. Scope

This draft covers the TikTac app and this website. Advertising and purchases in the app are separate from this website’s data practices.

2. Settings and speech

The current app does not require a TikTac account. Settings such as interval and voice are stored on the device. Announcements use device speech synthesis; TikTac does not record microphone audio. Processing by the chosen speech engine is governed by its provider.

3. Advertising

The free app uses Google AdMob. Its SDK may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Actual processing and personalization depend on platform, consent and settings. Where available, consent screens and in-app privacy options let you manage choices. 4. Purchases

Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchases. The app checks product, transaction and entitlement information to provide paid features. TikTac does not directly receive card numbers. Store accounts and payment records are subject to the store’s policies.

5. Website

This page stores your language and motion preferences in browser local storage. When you press the speech button, browser speech synthesis reads a time phrase without using the microphone. Depending on the selected speech engine, its provider may process the phrase online. It has no added analytics or advertising scripts or account forms. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. Provider and retention details must be finalized before public launch.

6. Retention and choices

Clear app data to remove locally stored settings, and clear browser site data to remove the website language preference. Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription. Data held by advertising and store providers follows their policies and rights-request processes.

7. Contact and pending details

The contact above will handle privacy requests, including access, correction and deletion. Operator and contact details, legal bases, processors, international transfers, retention periods and age-related provisions will be finalized for the launch regions and actual service configuration. Updates will appear here.
